It is always good to decompress at the beginning of school holidays. We’ve been thinking of Haigh Hall for a while and it was definitely worth the wait.
We took a group of our youngsters up for a little adventure! They were amazing, everyone did so well, listened, concentrated, followed instructions and had a fantastic time.
Another active session of parkour today. Lots of sweaty smiling faces at the end. I would say they’ll sleep tonight but… ADHD
Our children need to move a lot! Exercise makes a huge difference in ability to self regulate. Parkour is good for fitness, spatial awareness, quick thinking and building confidence. These are just some of the reasons we picked Parkour as an activity, it just suits children with ADHD.
