We had the pleasure to take a number of our parents and carers away for a few days rest.
We had initially intended on going on a coach trip to London but the firm running the trip cancelled on us. Rather than be beaten and cancel we planned a trip to Shrigley Hall Hotel.
Our first evening we went to the cinema to watch a grown up film! A Star is Born was brilliant but do take tissues! Who knew that Bradley Cooper could sing?
We had a day out in Macclesfield and thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Paradise Mill to learn about silk weaving.
Shrigley Hall was so relaxing and we had a great time. Coming back to reality was hard but everyone survived while we were away so may be we’ll do it again one day.
